Named for Theodore Roosevelt.
He is a happy, easygoing pup who plays with his siblings, loves people, likes to explore and would make a great "bud".
He would enjoy and get along fine with another dog.
He is smart, loving, and is enjoying new toys every couple of days, a baby wading pool, and preschool toys to climb on.
